We rely on donations from alumni and corporations to fulfill our mission.
Our
Story
Alumni and the current Principal of EPP Mhinga High School founded the EPP Mhinga Foundation in 2024 to address the funding gap for exceptional learners pursuing higher education. The school's legacy of academic excellence and community spirit inspired this initiative. The foundation aims to empower and inspire high-performing learners by providing scholarships, educational resources, and mentorship to help them achieve their dreams.

Director
Lanyard Myakayaka
Lanyard Myakayaka, an experienced telecommunications executive, holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from WITS and is a former student of EPP Mhinga High School.

Vukosi Fungeni
Vukosi Fungeni holds a BCom Accounting degree from UCT and is a qualified chartered accountant and executive. Additionally, he is an alumnus of EPP Mhinga High School.

The EPP Mhinga foundation was established by Prince Sono, who currently serves as the Principal of the EPP Mhinga High School.
